Since assuming the role in August 2022, Michelle has led compliance initiatives for the firm&#8217;s broker-dealer affiliate program, supporting independent investment bankers, M&amp;A advisors, and institutional financiers in conducting securities business with integrity and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Before her appointment as Chief Compliance Officer, Michelle held key leadership roles within GT Securities, including Compliance Manager, where she spearheaded compliance operations in a dynamic regulatory environment. Prior to joining GT Securities, she spent nearly four years as a Senior Compliance Associate with Infinity Securities in the San Francisco Bay Area. There, she developed a deep expertise in federal and state regulatory matters, serving as a trusted authority on general securities and compliance standards across the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with a focus in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, complementing her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
