He leads <a href=\"http:\/\/www.growthink.com\/impact\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Growthink\u2019s Impact Advisory Practice<\/a>, working with mission-driven leaders to scale operations, optimize performance, and pursue transformative initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/growthinkcapital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Growthink Capital<\/a>, Antonio sources and manages value-added opportunities across growth investments, mergers, and acquisitions\u2014on both the buy- and sell-side. His transaction experience spans enterprise software, F&amp;B, supply chain, e-mobility, engineering, travel, wellness, and healthcare sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Notable client engagements and M&amp;A transactions include: Goodwill Industries, SCORE.org, Angelini Pharma, San Diego Food Bank, Fountain Life, Georgetown University, UN Global Compact, Spinn (Series A), Whisha (Growth round), Seamfix (Series A), Billing Tree (acquired by Repay, NASDAQ: RPAY), The Greek Villas (acquired by Le Collectionist), Focus Works (acquired by IEH Laboratories), and Ringlead (acquired by Zoominfo).<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Growthink, Antonio worked in Public Audit and later in the Sustainability &amp; Climate Change practice at PwC. He also founded and exited a small business while in college, co-founded a VC-backed tech startup, and taught applied statistics and corporate finance at the European School of Economics. He swears they never attempted dividing by zero.<br \/>\nAntonio holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Florence and a Master\u2019s Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
